Clear PVC Sheets is a rigid solid sheet which has high impact and weather resistance. The Clear Polyvinyl chloride sheeting is also resistant to chemicals and corrosive environments.

PVC Transparent Sheet is made from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and possesses a variety of excellent physical and chemical properties.
Max Width 1220mm; Thickness Range 0.08mm ~ 3.00mm; Colors are customized
Clear PVC Sheet Features
1.Good chemical stability and corrosion resistance, high hardness and strength.
2.UV protection (aging resistance).
3.Non-absorbent, non-deformable, easy to process.
4.Fire-resistant and self-extinguishing.
5.Smooth and clean surface, high transparency, no water marks, no crystals, with a crystal mirror effect.
6.Transparent Color, Transparent with a blue tint color, and custom colors.
7.LG or Formosa PVC resin powder, imported processing aids, reinforcing agents, and other auxiliary materials.
Production process and Features:
1.Extrusion: enables continuous production, high production efficiency, and better surface transparency for PVC.
2.Calendaring: The main method for producing polymer thin film and sheet materials, ensuring a smooth PVC surface without impurities or flow lines.

(1) Industrial packaging: Enhanced with more MBS for superior strength.
(2) Food packaging: Can choose "Calcium Carbide Raw Material" and "Ethylene Raw Material"
(3) Medicinal packaging: Pharmaceutical grade, primarily using ethylene as the raw material.
Printing:
(1) Offset printing: Adding anti-static agents prevents the sheet from sticking, ensuring continuous and fast printing.
(2) Silk screen printing: Excellent surface transparency is suitable for manual printing.
